Return And Refund Policy

If authority can not provide bike to the customer after paying the amount within 10 days then authority has to refund the money to the customer in 10 days.
If a customer takes bike for one week but drive it only two or three days then give it back to the hub then he will be refunded the money from the rest of the days.
If a customer takes rent for bike but cancels it before 48 hours from the handover time then authority will take 5% from the payment and return him the rest.
If a customer takes rest for bike and cancels it at the last moment then company will deduct 15% of the payment and return the rest.
