Customer needs to inform anyone from his family member in order to avail the service.
In case of monthly rent NOC ( No Objection Certificate) is required.
Customer needs to drop three contact ( his own phone number, family member’s NID photocopy and NOC from his company). Verification must be needed.
If any kind of accident occurs while driving and if it brings damage to any parts of the bike then customer needs to pay the whole compensation within 24 hours.
This is prohibited to carry any kinds of illegal products while driving the vehicle.
Customer needs to show valid driving license. And provided NID/, Passport,/ Birth Certificate should be legal.
Referral family member’s contact number, NID/ Passport is needed.
Customer needs to wear helmet and abide by the Traffic rules while driving.
If the customer breaks any traffic rules and for that if police catches him and tags him for the entry then customer needs to bear all the expenses to get rid of.
Company can change, reform or add any rules regulation from the terms.
