1How can I create my bBike account?

You can create bBike account by the following steps.

  1. Go to your Play Store / App Store.
  2. Download the bBike App.
  3. Create your account and sign up with your phone number to get a verification code.
  4. You will receive 6 digits for verification code.
  5. Type the verification code in the box and press NEXT.
  6. Now your account is ready.
  7. Go to bBike app. Type your desire location and select the bike for rent and confirm your rent with a tap.

Now start your nice journey.

4What to do if any parts of the bike are broken or damaged?

If you damage any parts during your riding, you have to purchase the damaged parts or you can pay for the repairmen.

7Can I race with bBike?

No. It is not allowed. Must follow the traffic rules.

8What should I do if the bike is stolen or lost?

If the bike is stolen or lost from you, then you have to pay or repair your self. If it is happened form the company parking, then company will take liability.

9What is the range for bike speed?

Not allowed to cross the speed  from 60km/hour.
